Q. How can l find out if course is available?
A. Courses sometimes fill quickly and availability cannot be guaranteed. You have to confirm course availability by email before making a booking or payment.
Q. How do l book for a course?
A. To register, complete the online form. Our representative will check the course that you have requested and the status. if seats are still available you will receive the course price so that you can make your payment.
Q. How much do the courses cost?
A. Public course pricing are available for viewing within the course descriptions for each course.Private event and customized training costs can be provided upon request. If you are interested in requesting pricing or other information about a course, please complete online form and our representative will contact you as so as possible.
Q. What do l do if l need to cancel or reschedule a course?
A. Registration maybe rescheduled or cancelled without penalty up to 48 hours prior to the class start date. You send an email to info@ucsets.org.za with your name, course and date with your request to cancel or reschedule. Please provide the new dates so that we can review your request as soon as possible. NB: a penalty fee of 20% will be levied on all cancellations less than 48 hrs. This is due to pre-venue hire bookings and catering costs that we are liable for.
Q. Do have any dietary consideration for your participants/students?
A. Yes we do have. After registration confirmation prior to the course start, a form is sent to all participants to fill in their dietary regimes for consideration.
Q. Do you offer group discounts?
A. Depending on the number availability we could arrange a discount to be applied to the course costs.
Payment:
Payments are due once invoice has been issued or emailed to you. Payments are also due on or before the first day of the course.
Full payment can be done either through cash deposit or EFT
Payment Plan:
We do offer payment plans starting from R1500 deposit (courses below R3000) balance payable on the first day the course.
